Recommended Audience: This program is designed for adults. 

Program Description: For a few short weeks, woodland wildflowers spring to life, carpeting the forest floor.  Discover where these springtime gems lie and the interactions that make them unique.  

What to Expect: We’ll stroll along trails bound by wildflower hot spots, hearing interesting botany and tales of wildflowers, and enjoying the company of others.  

• This program is entirely outdoors.
• Please stop at the Visitor Center restrooms before you arrive to the program as restrooms will not be available at the program location.
• Trails/areas used during this program are rated as moderate (some elevation changes, trails may be uneven or could be slippery when wet) for a planned distance of less than 1 mile at a slow pace.
• Program runs rain or shine.

What to Wear: Dress for the weather as this program will take place outdoors. 

Note: Bathroom and bench stops not routinely available. Please plan to stop at a restroom before the walk. For wildflower walks from the Groesbeck Estate, please plan to use the restroom at either the Nature PlayScape or Rowe Visitor Center before driving down to Groesbeck Estate.

Cost: Ticket fees include daily admission.

You may be asked for your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program. Visitor Services associates can also verify your etickets from the order number or by name.
