Intended Audience: This is an adult class offering exclusive for ages 21+. 

Program Description: Join us for an exciting evening of wildcrafting cocktails. From DIY bitters to seasonal syrups, we’re putting a forager’s spin on classic cocktail ingredients. During this hands-on class, participants will learn about safe and sustainable foraging while they create and sample a flight of foraged cocktails. All class participants will leave ready to host a foraged cocktail party of their own—with recipes and one complimentary bottle of foraged bitters.

What to Expect: During this station-based program, participants will learn about various classic cocktail ingredients, while creating ingredients and cocktails from foraged ingredients.  This will be an interactive program where participants will be engaging their hands and minds.

• This program will be held mainly indoors; however, if weather permits, brief trips outside may take place. Wear appropriate footwear and bring an extra layer just in case.
• We’ll spend some of the program seated and some of the program up on our feet.  There will be tables and chairs at this event. It will be communal-style, and you’ll be seated with other guests. 
• Demonstrations and sampling will take place during the program.  
• Light bites will be available but participants are encouraged to eat before the program.
• There will be some vegan, and gluten-free options at this program, but we cannot promise that every station will satisfy every dietary restriction. Where to Meet: Registered participants should at the Krippendorf Lodge at our Rowe Woods location.

Cost: Ticket fees include daily admission.
