Intended Audience: This program is perfect for age 7 and up with an accompanying adult.

Program Description: We’re going birding and the whole family is invited! From binocular use to identification tips and tricks, we’ll learn the basics of backyard birding in this kid-friendly hike! Each ticket includes an Ohio Department of Natural Resources field guide to common birds in the area.

Where to Meet: Participants should meet at the map kiosk in front of the Rowe Visitor Center at our Rowe Woods location.  

Cost: Ticket fees include daily admission.

You may be asked for your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program. Visitor Services associates can also verify your etickets from the order number or by name.
