Registration Requirements: Preregistration required.

Intended Audience: This program is designed for adults and children who do not have an early bedtime. 

Program Description: In early spring, when the weather is just right, salamanders and frogs move to ponds and vernal pools to breed. Discover what to look and listen for, then we'll search for these amphibian creatures!

Note: Please arrive promptly to start at 8 pm for the start of our program. Our gatehouse will close at 8:15 pm

What to Expect: As this program has an end time of 9:15 pm, this program is not appropriate for children with early bedtimes.

What to Bring: Please bring a flashlight. (It is best to have a flashlight for every member of your party.) 

What to Wear: Please dress for the weather. This program will be entirely outdoors for the hour-and-15-minute duration. Please wear appropriate footwear for walking on trails; be prepared for possibly muddy trail conditions. 

Where to Meet: Registered participants should join us at our Rowe Woods location in the Krehbiel Pavilion, the pavilion just outside of our Nature PlayScape. 

Cost: Ticket fees include daily admission.

You may be asked for your order number from your transaction to gain entry at the gate/to attend your program.
