Registration Requirements: Preregistration required for all participants.
Intended Audience: This is a program designed for adult couples (21 and up). ID required.
Program Description: Love is in the maple-scented air at Rowe Woods! During this maple tasting experience, we’ll tap into how people’s love for maple syrup has changed through time. You’ll savor foods and stories from the original sugarmakers, Native Americans, to early settlers, to sugar rationing during World War II. Grab your partner’s hand as you head into the sugarbush to search for sap under lantern light. Sip maple cocktails while watching a cooking demonstration and exploring present day gourmet “not just for pancakes” uses for maple syrup.
What to Expect: Light maple-themed appetizers and drinks will be offered at this program. While we cannot promise to accommodate every food allergy or dietary restriction, we'll certainly try our best. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction that you would like our staff to know about, please email Jason Neumann at [email protected] no later than Thursday, January 30, at 5 pm.
What to Wear: Dress for the weather and to be outdoors the entire time, with possible muddy conditions.
Where to Meet: Registered participants will meet at the Krippendorf Lodge at our Rowe Woods location. (4949 Tealtown Road, Milford, OH 45150)
