9:00pm - Full Moon Yoga at Long Branch Farm & Trails

Details

Registration Requirements: Preregistration required.

Intended Audience: This program is designed for adults. Children of any age are more than welcome with the understanding that it is an ADULT yoga class, so children under 13 years of age may not be able to do everything or stay interested in the class. Adults will have to decide how much management of their children they are interested in doing.

Program Description: Experience the magic of the moon with a serene and rejuvenating full moon yoga class. Guided by soft lunar light, participants will flow through moon-inspired yoga poses that connect themselves to the moon’s balancing energy. Mindful movements weave together under the moonlit sky and soothing sounds of the night. All levels are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.

About the Program Guides: Amber Tucker has been volunteering for several years and has used yoga to heal from a medical setback. In 2024, she began her Yoga Teacher Training, inspired to share this path with others. Amber frequently assists Diane with monthly Trail Yoga classes. Nature is her sanctuary, and she looks forward to guiding others in discovering harmony between movement, breath, and the natural world.

What to Expect: No prior yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this class. The instructor’s goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone using props and variations, as needed. Intensity is easy to moderate.

  • This program is entirely outdoors.
  • Program runs rain or shine.
  • Restrooms are available throughout the program.

What to Bring: Since we'll be standing/moving, we will not be using yoga mats (we'll spare you from having to carry it around). Guests should bring water if the day is hot.

What to Wear: Participants should dress for the weather. Hiking shoes or gym shoes are recommended.

Where to Meet: Registered participants will meet at the Creekside Barn at our Long Branch Farm & Trails location. (6926 Gaynor Rd, Goshen, OH 45122)
